How to Place an Order

To place an order, simply add your selections to your shopping bag by clicking the "Buy Now" tag. You will be guided through the process from selection to the secure PayPal™ payment processor. You have the choice of paying with your PayPal™ account or you can use your credit card without an account.

Shipping & Handling

** Special -shipping offer for a limited time: $5.00 US/$12. Canada.

Shipping and handling costs appear as one total in the shopping bag and are calculated and updated automatically with your choices.

Many of our designs are made by hand and if we are not able to fill your order, you will be notified immediately.

Your selection is carefully wrapped and shipped to you in a sturdy box. We take great pride in handling your order quickly, with most items shipping within 4-5 business days unless otherwise specified for certain products. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Please make sure that all your shipping information is correct when placing your order.

Track Your Order

You will receive an email confirmation directly from USPS when your order has shipped, which will include your shipping information and a tracking number. You will be able to track your package directly at www.USPS.com.

At this time, we deliver to the continental United States and Canada.

Stock Availability

If an item is "out of stock" or “sold out,” please check back with us often. Our quantities may be limited in each collection, and our goal is to replenish our stock as quickly as we can. Please note we cannot accept backorders due to the limited quantities and handmade nature of some of the collections.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order,you may return it within 30 days from the date of receipt. All returns must be in original cartons and authorized by Joy Newton Designs. Return shipping and handling is at the customers expense.

If returned items are not received within the 30 day period we will not be able to honor your return. Please call 1.860 653.8218 for a return authorization. Special orders, limited editions and original art is not returnable unless arrangements are made prior to sale.
