is part of The Apple Project + Collection, a four-year study of heirloom orchards documented through field observation, drawing, and story.
Inspired by the quiet refuge birds find among the fruit, branches, and changing seasons, the collection explores the orchard as a place of beauty, sanctuary, and renewal.
It reflects not only the landscape itself, but also the people who steward it, the changing rhythms of the seasons, and the relationships that have shaped the work.
From those original drawings, the work evolves into textiles designed to be lived with, to soften with time, to carry the record of the hands that use them, and to bring depth, warmth, and intention to the rituals of the table.
